It was quite unfortunate that our meeting last June 05, 2009 was canceled due to the inclement weather which caused continuous heavy rains in our city. Also last June 12, 2009, our meeting was again canceled due to the national holiday, Independence Day. However, our meeting tonight, June 19, 2009 will definitely push through, even if I will not be around to preside. I have again requested our Vice President Dindo Romero to preside during our meeting tonight. I would like to again apologize to our club members for not being able to preside tonight because I have a national board meeting with the Petron Dealers Association today June 19, 2009, being the National Director for Northern Luzon. 

As was originally planned for June 05, 2009, we will be having tonight a club assembly and a planning session in preparation for the Governor's Visit (Gov. Oyan Villanueva) on June 29, 2009, which is also our Charter Anniversary and Induction of our new set of Directors and Officer for the Rotary Year 2009 -2010. I would like to invite all our members to please attend our Charter Anniversary since we will also be honoring our active members with our club awards.
